Job Description
About This RoleLa Vaquita Flea Market is the largest weekly gathering of Hispanic families in Northeast Georgia. Over 400 vendors, 35,000 visitors every weekend, and a community that treats this place like home. We need someone who can keep it full, keep it growing, and keep the energy high.
This role is part closer, part community builder. You will own vendor leasing, drive sponsorship revenue, and plan the cultural events that bring people back every weekend. Your Spanish fluency will help you build genuine relationships with our vendor community, and your sales instincts will help us maintain 98% booth occupancy across nearly 900 indoor spaces.
You will walk into a role with a fully built playbook: documented sales process, CRM pipelines ready to operate, email sequences, and a vendor journey map from first inquiry to move-in day. We have done the systems work. We need someone who can run it.What You Will DoVendor Leasing (Primary Focus)You will manage the full leasing pipeline from application to signed rental agreement to move-in. That means qualifying leads, conducting booth showings on weekends, executing rental agreements, coordinating the handoff to our operations team, and maintaining a diverse, high-quality vendor mix. You will operate in Pipedrive CRM daily, tracking every interaction and reporting pipeline health to leadership weekly.Sponsorship and Partnership SalesYou will prospect, pitch, and close sponsorship deals with local and regional businesses who want to reach our audience. A prospect list, outreach sequences, call guides, and a sponsorship agreement template are already built. Your job is to execute the outreach and hit revenue targets. This is a distinct, measurable part of the role with its own quarterly goals.Events and Market ActivationsYou will plan and execute seasonal festivals, cultural celebrations, and vendor appreciation events that drive foot traffic and strengthen community loyalty. Think Dia del Nino, Fiestas Patrias, Copa Mundial watch parties, and Back to School giveaways. You will own the event lifecycle from concept to cleanup, managing timelines, budgets, contractors, and entertainment partners using ClickUp.Cross-Department CoordinationYou will partner closely with our Operations team on vendor onboarding handoffs, booth make-readies, and move-in logistics. You will work with our Marketing team to ensure events and new vendors get promoted across all channels. What You BringMust Have
