About the Role:
The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for hygienists, dental assistants (DAs), and operational roles. This role owns the hygiene school partnership strategy and builds sustainable pipelines through school relationships, community outreach, and scalable sourcing strategies.
This role complements the Senior Clinical Recruiter by focusing on non-doctor recruitment and developing a parallel pipeline strategy for hygiene and practice staff.
Core Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage recruitment for hygienists, dental assistants, office managers, and practice staff
- Partner with RMOs and Office Managers to align hiring needs and timelines
- Ensure a strong and efficient candidate experience
Hygiene School Partnerships (Primary Ownership)
- Own and execute the hygiene school partnership strategy
- Build relationships with hygiene programs, faculty, and students
- Coordinate career fairs, school visits, and outreach initiatives
- Develop early pipeline strategies for graduating hygienists
Dental Assistant (DA) Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain pipelines for dental assistants through schools, training programs, and
- local outreach
- Identify scalable sourcing strategies for DA recruitment
- Support workforce planning for DA staffing needs
Pipeline Development & Workforce Support
- Maintain active candidate pipelines across hygiene, DA, and practice roles
- Support proactive recruiting strategies to reduce time-to-fill
- Align recruiting efforts with practice growth and staffing plans
Event Coordination & Outreach
- Identify and attend relevant recruiting events (schools, job fairs, community events)
- Coordinate logistics and participation
- Track effectiveness and ROI of outreach efforts
Collaboration & Process Execution
- Partner with Senior Clinical Recruiter to align strategies where appropriate
- Support recruiting process improvements and standardization
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates and recruiting activity
Qualifications
- 5 years of recruiting experience (healthcare or high-volume preferred)
- Experience working with schools or workforce development programs
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to work independently with high accountability

- Reduced time-to-fill for hygiene, DA, and practice roles
- Increased pipeline of hygienist and DA candidates
