About This Position
Behind every great round of golf at Bandon Dunes is a logistics team that makes sure the right products are in the right place at the right time. As a Warehouse Generalist, you’re at the center of that operation. You’ll keep product moving accurately through our warehouse — pulling orders, stocking pick faces, organizing back stock, and keeping the floor running smoothly across shifts. This is a hands-on, physical role that rewards people who take pride in accuracy, work well with a team, and show up ready to go.
- Stage and verify outgoing orders. You’ll check items, quantities, pack sizes, temperatures, and labeling before orders go out — making sure totes, cases, and pallets are clean, complete, and properly staged for drivers.
- Keep back stock organized and accessible. You’ll maintain properly rotated product across all temperature zones — dry storage, coolers, and freezers — following FIFO standards and flagging anything damaged, short-dated, or out of place.
- Replenish pick faces and keep them ready. You’ll move product from bulk storage into pick locations, keep faces stocked and organized, and communicate shortages or slotting issues as they come up.
- Support receiving when it’s needed. You’ll help with pallet breakdown, sorting, and moving product into assigned locations, and assist with labeling tasks including RFID stickers, product labels, and date labels.
- Communicate clearly across the team. When you spot a shortage, substitution, or discrepancy, you’ll flag it promptly to Distribution, Buyers, or Inventory Control using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or phone.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace. You’ll keep aisles, coolers, freezers, and staging areas clean and organized throughout your shift and at the end of each day.
- You have warehouse or logistics experience. At least a year working in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment is what we’re looking for. Experience with temperature-controlled or food-service inventory is a plus.
- Accuracy matters to you. You pay attention to the details — quantities, labels, locations — and you don’t let things slide when something doesn’t look right.
- You’re comfortable with basic technology. You can navigate Microsoft Teams and Outlook, and you’re willing to learn our inventory system (RedRock/SAMMS) for item lookups, location checks, and replenishment tasks.
- You show up and follow through. Reliable attendance and a consistent work pace are essential in a warehouse where the whole team depends on each other to keep product moving.
- You’re a team player. You’ll work alongside Drivers, Receivers, Distribution Leads, and Inventory Control staff. Knowing how to communicate well and support the people around you makes a real difference here.
