This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, helping high-growth organizations build and optimize scalable revenue operations systems. You will work directly with clients to improve how they manage demand generation, lead flow, marketing automation, and CRM processes across the entire buyer journey. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate complex business needs into efficient, data-driven solutions that enhance funnel performance and revenue outcomes. The position blends consulting, hands-on platform implementation, and ongoing optimization across leading marketing and sales technologies. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. This is a high-impact role where your work directly improves operational efficiency and revenue performance for scaling businesses.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will advise, design, and implement revenue operations solutions that optimize marketing and sales processes, improve data visibility, and enhance end-to-end funnel performance for high-growth clients.

  • Advise clients on RevOps strategies, presenting solution options, trade-offs, and scalable recommendations across marketing and sales operations.
  • Document business requirements, campaign workflows, lead lifecycle processes, and go-to-market operational frameworks.
  • Design, build, test, and optimize solutions for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, attribution, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
  • Manage project progress and ensure clear communication with both internal delivery teams and client stakeholders.
  • Work across CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot.
  • Improve funnel performance, segmentation, reporting accuracy, and overall data quality across revenue systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, contribute to best practices, and support knowledge development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Support continuous improvement of revenue operations processes and system architecture.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong RevOps or marketing operations consulting experience, deep platform expertise, and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical and operational solutions.

  • 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Go-to-Market Systems, or consulting roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Strong understanding of core RevOps concepts including lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, attribution, routing, and scoring.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize scalable revenue systems across complex organizations.
  • Strong technical aptitude with expertise in at least one major RevOps platform or functional domain.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality execution.
  • Relevant certifications (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) are a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ($90,000–$140,000 USD, depending on experience and location).
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible arrangements.
  • Exposure to high-growth, scaling companies across multiple industries.
  • Tiered incentive program rewarding high performers.
  • Strong focus on professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Annual team offsite to collaborate, connect, and plan strategic initiatives.
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance premiums for U.S.-based employees.
  • Collaborative, high-performance culture with experienced RevOps professionals.
