About This Position
The Pricing and Accounts Coordinator ensures all contract/product pricing is set up timely, accurately and consistently in the accounting systems; analyzes existing pricing for accuracy and consistency; facilitates proactive communication with sales employees and agents and assists in reporting. Additionally, this position assists with ensuring that invoices and credit memos are generated accurately, pricing and cost data is entered and posted correctly, and that commissions and other liabilities are accrued appropriately; while communicating errors back to the invoicing, data entry, sales or management teams for corrections as necessary. From time to time, this position is expected to participate in team projects as required by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Ensure all contract and customer pricing components are entered and updated in the accounting system consistently and accurately.
- Timely setting up of new accounts and products.
- Maintain positive relationships with sales agents and company management through email and phone correspondence to ensure price and commission amounts are correct.
- Coordinate efforts in researching, addressing, and resolving pricing and compensation disputes.
- Assist with recurring financial close, and aid with needed reporting and analysis.
- Working with team to achieve department goals and meet financial close deadlines.¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬

Education and Experience
