Test Facility TechnicianReporting to: Test Facility Supervisor
We are targeting hard working technicians that thrive outdoors in all elements. Our technicians work outside, and are eligible for overtime hours. This role is primarily general labor and trouble shooting. Candidates that are mechanically and/or electrically inclined are preferred! Test facility technicians have a true career path at Zeeco!
Functional Responsibilities Develop a good understanding of the equipment to provide effective and efficient testing that will meet or exceed customer expectation. Testing equipment to ensure calibrations and configurations of the equipment are in good working order. Effective troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical control systems. Good communication skills in order to work with customers during customer acceptance tests. Regular contact with all levels of personnel throughout the organization. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Experience working with concrete is preferred
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency required Applicable vocation training preferred Basic mechanical aptitude Experience with heavy equipment, forklifts or man lifts preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to professionally and comfortably interact with all departments Ability to work in areas where temperatures and noise levels can be extreme.The majority of the work performed will be outside exposed to all elements Ability to learn and work under pressure meeting deadlines Regular and reliable attendanceWorking at Zeeco means being part of a people-centric culture and environment built on mutual respect, personal encouragement, professional integrity, and limitless opportunity.
