Our team combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative, forward-thinking culture.We're expanding our product marketing team with a results-driven Product Manager who will help scale our go-to-market engine through strategic ABM campaigns, sales enablement systems, and recruiting operations excellence. This role bridges strategy and execution, supporting both enterprise client acquisition and talent pipeline development across our national footprint. About the RoleAs Product Manager, you'll play a key role in driving Overwatch's growth by building the operational infrastructure that connects sales, marketing, and recruiting into one unified system. Working directly with the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you'll execute Account-Based Marketing strategies across multiple platforms, build sales enablement materials, optimize recruiting funnels, and help position "talent as a product" across our three service lines.This position is ideal for a marketing or recruiting operations professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about scaling a growing brand in the mission-critical data center industry. Key Responsibilities
ABM Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, manage, and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting our top 100 accounts across hyperscalers, colocation providers, and data center operators
  • Develop account-specific playbooks, messaging frameworks, and engagement strategies aligned with the data center lifecycle (P1-P5)
  • Manage ABM platform tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar) and track campaign performance, pipeline attribution, and ROI
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure ABM campaigns drive qualified pipeline and accelerate deal velocity
  • Analyze and report on ABM performance, leveraging insights to drive continual improvement and revenue impact

Sales Enablement & GTM Operations
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, and competitive positioning guides
  • Partner with sales leadership to understand what closes deals, then operationalize those insights into repeatable systems and workflows
  • Create training materials, onboarding decks, and process documentation for sales and recruiting teams
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes and recruiting performance
  • Support go-to-market strategy for product launches, service line expansions, and new market entries

Recruiting Operations & Dual-Audience Marketing
  • Optimize recruiting funnels for both blue-collar workers (skilled trades, technicians) and white-collar professionals (engineers, project managers, executives)
  • Build candidate engagement campaigns across digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SMS) tailored to each audience segment
  • Collaborate with recruiting operations to ensure talent pipeline aligns with client demand and project forecasts
  • Analyze conversion rates, cost-per-hire, and time-to-fill metrics to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Help position Overwatch as an employer of choice for mission-critical talent across US and EMEA markets

Product Marketing & Positioning
  • Develop messaging and positioning for Overwatch's three service lines: Workforce Solutions, Infrastructure Services, and Leadership & Executive Solutions
  • Create content that packages "talent as a product" for enterprise buyers, emphasizing reliability, scalability, and mission-critical delivery
  • Support case study development, client testimonials, and success story campaigns that demonstrate proven results
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, ABM, sales enablement, GTM strategy, or recruiting operations (preferably in staffing, B2B services, SaaS, or professional services)
  • Recruiting or talent acquisition background strongly preferred – you understand how to market to both enterprise clients AND job seekers
  • ABM experience – you've built and executed account-based campaigns, managed target account lists, and worked closely with sales teams
  • Sales fluency – you understand pipeline dynamics, conversion funnels, deal velocity, and revenue attribution
  • Systems thinker – you build workflows, playbooks, dashboards, and repeatable processes that enable teams to scale
  • Data-driven mindset – you use analytics to measure performance, identify gaps, and optimize campaigns for ROI
  • Strong communicator – exceptional written and verbal skills for creating sales materials, campaign messaging, and stakeholder reporting
  • Austin-based or willing to relocate – this is a hybrid role requiring regular in-office collaboration (3-4 days/week at Austin HQ)

Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction, data center, or mission-critical infrastructure industries
  • Familiarity with dual-audience marketing (B2B enterprise buyers + blue-collar/white-collar worker recruitment)
  • Knowledge of data center lifecycle (development, design, build, commissioning, operations)
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus), marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot), and recruiting tech (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Experience building sales playbooks, recruiting automation workflows, or campaign attribution models
  • Background in staffing agencies, talent marketplaces, or workforce solutions
