Schedule: Monday, Thursday and Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Scheduling is subject to change based on business operations)Customer Experience Specialist BenefitsPaid time off401(k) with 4% matchingAmazing team environment
Customer Experience Specialist ExpectationsYou’ll be the voice and face of the company for incoming callsWe expect you to not only maintain but propel our customer service reputation to even higher levelsDuring our busiest times, expect to take 50-70 calls per dayYou’ll also be interacting with customers through email, text, and chatYou’ll need to channel your inner data entry expertise to ensure all information is entered into our CRM correctly and quicklyYou’ll utilize ServiceTitan (CRM) to schedule appointments for our 11+ Technicians, making sure the times and dates work for the customer and don’t overextend the TechniciansYou’ll collaborate with our Dispatcher to maintain the service scheduleYou’ll collaborate with other folks on the team who are providing customer service and coordinate the team’s efforts to meet and exceed company expectationsOnce service calls have been completed, you’ll follow up to make sure our team did an outstanding job for the customerWe are a highly technology-focused company, which means you’ll be using several different applications throughout the day to complete your tasksSpanish speaking preferred.
