This role is responsible for shaping a modern, AI-driven learning design function that transforms how training content is created, delivered, and optimized at scale.
You will lead the integration of generative AI, adaptive learning systems, and data-driven instructional design to improve speed, efficiency, and learner personalization.
The position plays a key role in bridging traditional learning methodologies with cutting-edge digital innovation to future-proof learning and development strategies.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into engaging, high-impact learning experiences.

This is a strategic role influencing learning transformation, operational efficiency, and field readiness across diverse learning programs.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the integration of AI, adaptive learning technologies, and automation into learning content development to enhance scalability, speed, and personalization.
  • Design and implement standardized learning frameworks, modular templates, and AI-enabled authoring approaches to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with training, product, and measurement teams to translate data insights into actionable learning design improvements.
  • Develop adaptive microlearning journeys that improve field readiness and provide just-in-time performance support.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and instructional quality through structured reviews and collaboration with subject matter experts and governance stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging learning technologies, digital tools, and vendors to strengthen content innovation and delivery.
  • Oversee digital content production workflows, asset governance, and design systems to maintain quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Learning, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of instructional design experience, including at least 3 years working on digital or AI-enabled learning initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in AI-powered learning tools, adaptive learning systems, xAPI, learning analytics, and eLearning authoring platforms (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia).
  • Proven ability to interpret learning data and apply insights to improve design effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Experience applying design thinking methodologies to create innovative learning solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across global or offshore teams.
  • Ability to operate in complex, fast-changing environments with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • High level of emotional maturity, intellectual curiosity, and professional integrity.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $152,600 – $283,400 per year.
