About the Role

We’re looking for a Program Manager, Business Operations to drive execution across key company initiatives, from product development through launch and beyond.

This role sits at the center of the business, partnering across technical and commercial functions to keep priorities aligned, timelines on track, and teams moving forward. You’ll own critical programs while also stepping in where needed to support execution and remove bottlenecks.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working across disciplines and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.

What You'll Do

Program Leadership

  • Own and drive cross-functional programs from planning through execution and launch
  • Build and manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Lead program updates, track decisions, and ensure clear accountability

Product Development & Operations Support

  • Support product development efforts from concept through production (including EVT/DVT/PVT phases)
  • Coordinate build plans, readiness milestones, and issue resolution
  • Partner with external vendors and manufacturers to support execution

Go-To-Market & Business Operations

  • Support product launches by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional readiness
  • Assist with operational workflows that support sales and customer-facing initiatives
  • Help maintain visibility into key business metrics, pipelines, and priorities

Execution & Problem Solving

  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks and take ownership of resolving them
  • Step into ambiguous areas and drive work forward with minimal direction
  • Improve processes and systems to support scalability and clarity

Collaboration Across Time Zones

  • Coordinate with international partners and suppliers, including occasional evening calls (PST)
What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • Key initiatives are delivered on time with clear ownership and minimal friction
  • Teams stay aligned and informed without unnecessary overhead
  • Product development and launch timelines progress smoothly
  • Operational gaps are addressed proactively, not reactively
  • The organization runs more efficiently as complexity increases
What You'll Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in program management, operations, or a similar cross-functional role
  • Experience working on physical products, consumer electronics, or hardware programs preferred
  • Strong organizational and execution skills in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to navigate both technical and non-technical teams
  • Clear, concise communication and strong follow-through
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and evolving priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market efforts
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or vendor coordination
  • Starup or early stage company experience
  • Background in engineering, business, or related field

Tools We Use

  • Smartsheet
  • MS Office
  • PLM Systems (e.g. Windchill)
  • ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • CRM tools
