About This Position
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a GTM Programs Lead in the United States.
This role sits at the center of a high-precision go-to-market motion focused on a small, strategically critical universe of enterprise health systems. You will design and operate the system that turns cold, high-value accounts into qualified pipeline through structured plays, AI-driven signal detection, and tightly coordinated outbound execution. Acting as the architect of top-of-funnel strategy, you will ensure every relevant buying signal is captured, interpreted, and acted on with the right messaging at the right moment. You will partner closely with sales development and executive teams to orchestrate outreach that is timely, personalized, and high-impact. This is not a campaign or marketing support role—it is a builder role focused on creating repeatable, data-informed GTM engines. Your work will directly shape pipeline creation across some of the most important accounts in the business.
You will own the design and execution of a structured, signal-driven go-to-market system that activates strategic accounts and drives qualified pipeline creation. Your focus is building scalable outbound plays, intelligence systems, and executive engagement frameworks.
- Build and maintain a prioritized account universe across ~200 ICP health systems with detailed contact mapping, status, and engagement tracking
- Design and operationalize AI-powered signal monitoring to identify buying triggers such as leadership changes, Epic milestones, or market events
- Define structured outbound plays for each signal type, including messaging, sequencing, ownership, and escalation paths
- Own the GTM playbook used by SDR/ADR teams and continuously refine it based on performance and conversion data
- Enable executive engagement by coordinating timely, high-impact outreach from senior leadership to target accounts
- Lead event-based GTM motions, including audience targeting, pre-event outreach, and post-event conversion strategies
- Partner with sales development teams to ensure consistent execution of plays and feedback loop integration
- Track, analyze, and optimize pipeline impact across all GTM programs and account motions
This role requires strong GTM systems thinking, outbound expertise, and hands-on experience building structured revenue programs in complex enterprise environments.
- 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, sales development, GTM operations, or enterprise outbound roles in B2B SaaS or software
- Proven experience working with named-account, precision outbound motions (not high-volume SDR models)
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI-driven workflows or automation tools for GTM use cases
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot, including workflows, sequencing, and reporting
- Ability to design structured “plays” with clear entry criteria, execution steps, and measurable outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and RevOps teams in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with focus on pipeline creation and conversion metrics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build field-ready tools used by sales teams
- Experience with tools such as Clay, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms (preferred)
- Healthcare or enterprise sales experience is a plus, especially within complex buyer environments
- Competitive compensation with equity opportunities
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly work environment with provided equipment
- Flexible time off policy and annual company-wide holiday shutdown
- Paid parental leave
- Regular off-sites, team gatherings, and company events with travel covered
- High-ownership, high-autonomy culture focused on impact and execution
- Opportunity to shape foundational GTM systems in a high-growth AI-driven environment
