Job Summary
Dunmor is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and helping a fast-growing lending platform run smoothly. In this role, you’ll combine financial analysis with operational insight to support loan funding, liquidity planning, and financial reporting across the business.
You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and accounting partners to forecast loan activity, monitor cash flow, and ensure capital is deployed efficiently. This is a hands-on role where your work directly supports the lending process and helps the company make informed financial decisions.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve as the business grows.
What You'll Do
Financial Modeling, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Build and maintain financial models to forecast loan production, liquidity needs, and cash flows
- Analyze operational and financial trends to support leadership decision-making
- Support the development of annual budgets and ongoing financial forecasts
Liquidity and Cash Management
- Monitor daily cash activity, balances, and reconciliations
- Analyze liquidity availability to support loan funding and construction draws
- Assist with capital calls and liquidity planning when needed
Loan Funding Operations
- Review and prepare construction draw requests and funding wires
- Ensure draw requests comply with loan agreements and internal requirements
- Track reimbursements from capital partners
Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Assist with compliance certificates and internal reporting on loan activity
- Support financial audits and documentation related to funding operations
Operational Support and Process Improvement
- Partner with outsourced accounting providers on reconciliations and cash inquiries
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting workflows
- Support ad hoc financial and operational analysis as needed

- Construction draws and funding transactions are processed efficiently and accurately

- Strong collaboration across finance, operations, and external partners
What We're Looking For
- 4-7+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, or financial reporting
- Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for business leaders
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Bonus points for:
- Experience in real estate, lending, or financial services
- Exposure to loan funding, capital markets, or construction finance
- Experience working with outsourced accounting teams or external partners
The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Irvine Office)
