About the role
As Senior Program Manager of Product Launches, you'll be the cross-functional backbone behind how our marketing organization brings products to market. You'll lead high-impact launch programs that span multiple departments and regional teams—ensuring every launch is coordinated, on time, and aligned to business objectives. This is a highly strategic, very visible role that requires a senior operator who can manage complexity across multiple stakeholders and geographies at speed.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can operate at both strategic and tactical levels, and has deep experience driving large-scale launches across global teams.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end product launch programs: Develop and operate a standardized, repeatable GTM launch framework that aligns all cross-company workstreams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Comms, Growth, Enablement, and International teams).
- Drive cross-functional alignment: Ensure stakeholders are aligned on priorities, timelines, and dependencies, proactively managing risks and removing blockers.
- Manage launch readiness and execution: Lead planning cadences, track progress against milestones, and ensure high-quality delivery across all workstreams.
- Build and scale the global marketing bridge: Drive inclusion of international teams early in planning and execution, ensuring international markets have the context, resources, and runway to execute effectively.
- Own launch cadence and communications: Maintain visibility into the launch calendar and ensure all xfn partners are informed, prepared, and unblocked. Standardize launch workflows, standups, and handoff processes.
- Drive operational standards for launches: Define and maintain launch playbooks, BOM frameworks, SLAs, and RACI models that create consistency and reduce execution risk across programs.
- Communicate with leadership: Provide clear visibility into launch status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, GTM operations, or a related role within marketing.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional product launches or go-to-market initiatives.
- Deep understanding of how marketing, product, sales, and regional teams work together in a go-to-market motion.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills—you can align senior stakeholders and synthesize complexity into clear decisions.
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail; you keep programs on track across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and bring structure to ambiguity.
