Part-Time Evening Care Staff and PRN Med Techs/Care Staff

Pineapple House of Sapphire Lakes, located in the beautiful city of Naples, Florida, is dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking motivated and caring individuals to join our vibrant team as part-time evening care staff. Additionally, we are looking for PRN (as-needed) staff to fill roles as Med Techs and Care Staff to support our residents' needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Support residents with medication management and administration as a Med Tech (training provided)

- Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team

- Assist with meal service and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

- Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging atmosphere for residents

- Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure resident safety and compliance with regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in assisted living, home health aide (HHA), or related healthcare fields

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and care

- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Med Tech preferred; training available for qualified candidates

- Flexibility to work evenings and as needed for PRN shifts
