Heavy Equipment Operator (Construction): Description

We are seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator and/or construction laborer to become an integral part of our FCG (foundation, conduit, and grounding) team! As an Equipment Operator specializing in transmission and foundation work within the utility industry, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining equipment to construct foundations for transmission lines, high-voltage substations, and related infrastructure. This includes doing concrete work.

This position's primarily typically scheduled for 5 days a week. Flexibility is essential, as weekend and overnight work may be required based on project needs and the availability of utility clearances. Out-of-town travel for work may also be necessary.

Successful candidates must work with existing crews in South Florida for at least 3 months and maybe longer to learn Powerserve's work and safety methods. The best candidate for this position must have a good driving record, a valid driver's license, and their own means of reliable transportation. Successful candidates will demonstrate respect for everyone and a dedication to safety.

Pay is based on experience.
