Senior Program Manager – Electrical Systems Delivery
Location: Marietta, OH (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: Starts at $120,000/year (higher based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of large, technically complex programs involving engineered electrical and power distribution systems. This role is responsible for managing projects from post-award transition through manufacturing, testing, shipment, and final customer acceptance.

Based at a manufacturing facility, this position partners closely with engineering, production, quality, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Program Execution
  • Oversee assigned programs from contract handoff through final delivery and acceptance
  • Manage overall project execution, including scope, timelines, and coordination across teams
  • Lead internal kickoff meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Contract & Scope Oversight
  • Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and technical specifications for completeness
  • Support scope clarification and manage change orders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment between contractual commitments, engineering outputs, and production deliverables
  • Assist with billing milestones, required documentation, and acceptance criteria
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and commercial teams
  • Maintain visibility across all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Ensure configuration changes are tracked and communicated effectively
  • Escalate issues as needed while maintaining project momentum
Client & Stakeholder Communication
  • Lead regular project update meetings with customers and external partners
  • Provide clear communication on schedules, production progress, testing, and delivery timelines
  • Manage customer expectations and maintain strong working relationships
  • Represent the organization in key project reviews and discussions
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management within manufacturing, electrical systems, or infrastructure-related industries
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase, cross-functional projects
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing-based project execution
  • Experience working directly with customers, contractors, or EPC organizations
  • Ability to interpret contracts, schedules, and technical documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with plant operations teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with modular or integrated electrical systems
  • Exposure to data center, mission-critical, or infrastructure-related projects
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet or similar)
  • Knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and logistics coordination for large equipment
