In this role, you will design and execute impactful A/B tests that improve acquisition, activation, and retention across subscription-based products. Working within a collaborative Product Growth team, you’ll partner closely with design, development, analytics, and leadership stakeholders to turn data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes. - Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments across the full customer journey, from hypothesis creation to rollout and evaluation.
- Build and manage a clear experimentation roadmap based on business impact, implementation effort, and learning potential.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing initiatives.
- Use analytics, customer research, UX insights, competitor analysis, and industry best practices to identify optimization opportunities.
- Drive measurable improvements in conversion, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven experimentation.
- Present findings, performance insights, and recommendations clearly to teams and leadership to support alignment and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to scaling experimentation processes and increasing testing velocity while maintaining high standards of quality and learning.
- 2–4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth marketing, website optimization, or related experimentation-focused roles.
- Proven success designing and executing experiments that delivered measurable business outcomes such as improved conversion rates or revenue growth.
- Experience working in fast-paced testing environments with a strong focus on continuous experimentation and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience using tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as Convert and UX/research tools like Hotjar or equivalent.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize experiments aligned with broader business and growth objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present insights effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote-first environment.
- German language skills are considered a plus, particularly for understanding customer behavior within the DACH market.
- Fully remote-first work model across EMEA.
- Flexible working hours with part-time or full-time options (32–40 hours/week).
