Senior Vertical Vice President, Technology - Remote
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technology Vice President - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving engineering execution, operational excellence, and organizational capability across a diverse range of SaaS products. Your leadership will improve delivery predictability and strengthen platform reliability while championing the adoption of AI-enhanced development practices. You will influence the innovation agenda to ensure that our technology organization scales effectively and supports long-term product innovation and operational efficiency. Accountabilities- Lead end-to-end engineering execution across multiple products.
- Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery aligned with product roadmaps.
- Partner with Product, Design, and QA to drive speed and quality.
- Accelerate development through AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Establish and maintain high standards for code quality and performance.
- Own and evolve collaborative operating frameworks for optimal delivery.
- Directly manage and develop Engineering Managers into strong leaders.
- Drive responsible adoption of AI and automation across engineering teams.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- Experience in a SaaS environment with multiple teams or products.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable software platforms.
- Strong background in building and mentoring engineering teams.
- Ability to translate business strategies into technical execution.
- Experience with platform modernization and complex integrations.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled product capabilities and automation.
