This role sits at the intersection of systems analysis, facility operations, and digital transformation, supporting the optimization of tools and platforms used to manage building and workplace environments. You will play a key role in ensuring that facility management systems are effectively configured, maintained, and aligned with operational needs across a distributed organization. Working in a collaborative and fully remote global team, you will help translate business requirements into system improvements that enhance efficiency, visibility, and service quality. The position requires both analytical thinking and a strong understanding of operational workflows. You will partner closely with stakeholders across operations, IT, and facilities teams to improve data integrity and system performance. - Analyze, configure, and maintain facility management systems to ensure they support operational and business requirements effectively.
- Translate facility and operational needs into system specifications, enhancements, and workflow improvements.
- Support the integration and optimization of data flows between facility tools, platforms, and connected systems.
- Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and process efficiency, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and facilities stakeholders to ensure systems align with real-world usage and requirements.
- Contribute to reporting and dashboard development to improve visibility into facility performance and utilization.
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation of system updates and new functionalities.
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability of facility management platforms across global operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, facility management systems, IT operations, or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of facility management processes and operational workflows in corporate or multi-site environments.
- Experience working with digital platforms, enterprise systems, or workplace/facilities management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with data integration, reporting tools, and system configuration principles.
- Experience working in cross-functional, distributed, or remote teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and system reliability.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
