Manufacturing Technician (3rd Shift)
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician (3rd Shift) will be responsible for performing a wide variety of moderately complex manufacturing processes in a fast-paced atmosphere while under direct supervision. Processes consist of operation of robotic spray coating equipment, laser patterning equipment, metrology equipment to control coating and analyze applied pattern characteristics on various substrates
Responsibilities
- Follow detailed manufacturing instructions to complete daily tasks in an effective and timely mannerOperate advanced custom robotic equipment to achieve specified resultsEnsure product maintains conformance to process standards and tolerances through measurement analysisDaily detailed data capturing to maintain appropriate recordsOperate advanced custom robotic equipment to achieve specified resultsMeasure, mill, and mix materials following standardized recipes and proceduresPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment; replaces critical/consumable components on scheduled intervalPerform basic troubleshooting of equipment when necessaryMaintain manufacturing supplies to ensure continuous workflowMaintain clean workspace, including shared work areas, utilizing 6S practicesAdhere to established quality and safety standards
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 2 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- College or vocational training in physical science, mathematics, and or engineering preferred
