• Design and implement user-facing product features from initial concept through final deployment, ensuring high usability and visual quality.
• Build intuitive UI/UX experiences that enhance user engagement, retention, and conversion across AI-powered product features.
• Develop frontend functionality and business logic using modern web technologies and scalable development practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to define feature requirements and improve overall product direction.
• Continuously iterate on existing features based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business priorities.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute constructive feedback, and maintain high engineering and design standards across the team.
• Explore emerging technologies and innovative design approaches to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
• Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and performance across all user interfaces and interactions.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, workflows, and user-centered design strategies.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating experience designing and building modern digital product experiences.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React, and at least one major React state management system.
• Experience working with TypeScript, frontend architectures, and modern web development practices.
• Familiarity with technologies and workflows such as MobX, AWS, and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for crafting polished, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and fast-paced team environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex product and usability challenges.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from ideation to delivery.
• Interest in AI-powered products, creator tools, streaming platforms, or digital media technologies is highly valued.
