• Move Vehicles across staging, storage, and operational areas
• Organize the Lot by positioning vehicles and managing yard flow
• Follow Safety Protocols in high-traffic areas
• Assist With Sale-Day Setup and breakdown
• Maintain Work Areas and equipment zones
• Communicate With the Team to coordinate movement and tasks
• Perform other duties as needed

• Attention to detail and strong safety awareness
• Clear communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions
• Comfort working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate vehicle's responsibly

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in automotive, warehouse, logistics, or yard operations is a plus

• Work outdoors in all weather
• Walk and stand for most of the shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
