Job Overview:
Atteberry Marshall Heating is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused HVAC Installers to join our Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, youll be responsible for executing high-quality residential HVAC installations, completing service calls, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential HVAC installations with precision and care.

• Review job folders, prep, and load truck from 7:007:30 AM.

• Arrive on-site or depart from Shop no later than 7:30 AM daily.

• Follow company service call flow charts, including diagnostics, repairs, estimates, photos, and signatures.

• Use booties and floor coverings on every call to protect customer homes.

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, replacements, and service outcomes.

• Complete and upload checklists, notes, and before/after pictures to our digital platform.

• Order and document parts, track warranties, and complete installations.

• Provide excellent customer education on new systems, thermostats, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with teammates and management for daily scheduling and field support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC installation or service.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Valid drivers license required.

• EPA certification required.

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable using mobile tech tools for job management.

• Proficient in power and hand tools operation

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Schedule:

• Full-time, MondayFriday

• Overtime available

• On-call rotations with following Friday off
