Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance professional to join our commercial property management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Building maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, install, and maintain various HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems
  • Utilize electrical schematics to troubleshoot and repair machinery
  • Implement Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) – IMPAK
  • Apply mechanical knowledge to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Work with logic controllers to ensure proper functioning of equipment
  • Daily chiller reading

Experience

  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Previous experience in Commercial maintenance roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics
  • Knowledge of IMPAK is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
  • Voltmeter experience
  • Pneumatic controls experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call - rotating
  • Weekends as needed
