Job Summary
The Financial Analyst Senior Specialist is critical in interpreting and applying University policies for UKHC processes that impact the Finance Division. This position will assist in developing and managing the dimension structure at the entity, cost center, department, account, job code and Epic department mapping levels. This role will coordinate, manage, and disseminate calendars, processes and systems while driving to optimize existing practices and procedures. Must be well versed and able to drive SAP optimization for reporting and research on all transactions for UKHC. This position is hybrid-remote. There is an IEBC being considered.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Understanding of the healthcare industry, trends, issues, risks, etc. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in finance (including budgeting, forecasting, strategic financial planning, and capital planning) in an integrated healthcare environment. Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs. Ability to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines. Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to gain respect and confidence with professional peers.

Preferred Education/Experience
Preferred education in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Prefer experience strong in financial analysis and forecasting should be more than 5 years. Experience with database and decision support systems is also preferred.
