Weekdays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Greet and provide office coverage for the department’s main business office.

• Receive and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing departmental mail. Serve as FedEx contact.

• Support for faculty/staff/students and general office support including fielding phone calls, submitting work orders for building maintenance, work requests for copier problems, key distribution and maintaining key log, distributing parking passes, and managing supply inventory

• Assist with Business Officer with monthly account reconciliation.
