ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets customers with a positive and friendly attitude
• Enters orders into POS system, uses suggestive selling of food products to customers, receives payment (cash and credit card), makes change and maintains cash drawer
• Presents orders to guests and ensures accuracy of order
• Assists with ordering filling as needed
• Reads monitor to identify products that need to be prepared
• Notifies cook of special orders, shortages and needs
• Other general duties include: food preparation, stocking of supplies, cleaning of dining room tables and restrooms, sweeping, mopping, discarding of trash and filling ice bins
• Sets up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment as needed
• Communicates with customers, team members and managers in a positive and professional manner
• Maintains cleanliness on the service counter and order presentation counter
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and rotation of the display cooler
• Observes health and sanitation guidelines and follows established procedures to meet high standards of cleanliness, health & safety protocols.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and takes ownership of area
• Looks for opportunities to assist fellow team members in an enthusiastic manner
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be willing to work variable schedules. Evenings, weekends, holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $11.00 per hour
