THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Emergency Services to lead our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our emergency department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment for staff. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for healthcare leadership, the Director will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for providing top-tier emergency services in the community.

- BSN required. MSA or Master's degree in healthcare preferred and required no later than three years from hire date.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in an emergency care setting
- At least 1 year of progressive management experience in emergency services
