Guest Specialist at Metairie – Metairie, Louisiana

REPORTS TO:General Manager/MOD (Manager on Duty)

REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Retail or restaurant experience preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Able to stand for 9 hoursAble to lift at least 25 poundsGood hearing and good listening skillsCommand of the English languageBasic computer/POS usage skillsBasic math skillsMust be focused on GUEST's needs

The Guest Specialist plays a critical role in achieving OUR MISSION:To deliver the best burger and fry experience ever and have fun doing it.

Responsibilities/Duties

1. Punch in, sign in, and report to the General Manager/Assistant Manager on time & in full uniform foreach shift. Obtain Manager's approval prior to punching out.
2. Must be focused on delivering our standards and providing the MOOYAH service experience.
3. Have a thorough knowledge of all of the MOOYAH food and beverage offerings.
4. Educate GUESTS about what MOOYAH is and how the concept and food originated.
5. Perform opening set up, running side work and closing duties.
6. Be able to establish relationships with GUESTS and promote loyalty.
7. Serve GUESTS according to established procedures and our unique style of service.
8. Always conduct yourself professionally and have fun while providing outstanding MOOYAH service.
9. Enter GUEST orders accurately, operate the POS system, & efficiently process payments.
10. Accurately execute the cash handling and check out procedures.
11. Maintain safety & sanitation.
12. Attend all employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
13. Avoid leaving work area during peak periods.
14. Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times.
15. Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager/Assistant Manager.
16. Willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with the GUESTS. Has agood understanding and plays and active role in Guest Obsession.
