Supervises, directs and coordinates the activities of Team Members during the shift. The Team Leader ensures that outstanding quality, service, cleanliness and operational efficiencies are delivered on assigned shifts.

Experience/Education

• Completion of High School Education.
• Intermediate reading, writing, and math skills.
• 6 Months Minimum Quick Service Restaurant Experience and Supervisory Training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, co-ordinate and assign the activities of Team Member that prepare and serve food.
• Completes assigned shift paperwork.
• Helps maintain standards for raw and finished product, service, speed, quality and cleanliness.
• Controls labor hours to match sales volume while on shift.
• Train Team Members to perform specific tasks such as sanitation and safety procedures.
• Supports management team in the personnel policies as dictated in the Employee Handbook.
• Shares knowledge and experience with Team Members.
• Availability to work all shifts.
