Review all of the District Managers Weekly Activity Reports and contact the District Managers to review corrective action for those areas that are operating outside of acceptable parameters.

Inspect the District Managers budget tracking system and assure that the District Manager is on target or has a plan to get that way.

Asset Management

Inspect the company equipment (tools, vehicles, golf carts, etc.) and make sure they are properly maintained, labeled and reported as company owned equipment.
