Job Summary - Barista

KaffeKlatsch inc. is seeking Baristas to join their team located at 2150 Miller Park Way. The Barista is responsible for the creation of our fabulous beverages as well as the AMAZING experience we provide each and every customer. Baristas distinguish our brand from competitors through the core values at the very heart of our business (Integrity, Love, Humility, Courage).

Summary of Responsibilities (job detail)

All baristas will be trained in a variety of different responsibilities, ranging from beverage/ food line, working the window, or inputting orders.

Retention on the specific details of the drinks we offer as well as their measurements

Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the franchise

Drives sales and profitability within the store

Assists with cleanup of the store and facilities, trash removal

Consistency in adherence to franchise measurements and recipes

Other duties as assigned

Summary of experience

No previous experience is required- you will receive all required training

Candidates with Barista experience are preferred

Customer service and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role
