Resource Nurse

The Department Resource Nurse is a Registered Nurse who is accountable to the Nursing Director, for clinical and operations functions of an assigned unit. The Resource Nurse manages the unit’s clinical and operations activities in the absence of the Director. The Resource Nurse may also serve as the Charge Nurse or Staff Nurse as needed after completing the orientation and skills validations for those positions. Requirements: current FL license, BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program, previous supervisory experience, ability to lead as well as work in a team, computer skills, previous ER clinical experience. BLS certification required.
