This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of a high-growth go-to-market organization, acting as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership and a key driver of operational excellence across the AMS theater. You will translate business objectives into scalable planning frameworks spanning forecasting, territory design, and headcount allocation. Working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will ensure leadership has clear visibility into pipeline health, productivity, and execution performance. The role blends strategy and hands-on execution, requiring someone who can move seamlessly between high-level planning and detailed operational problem-solving. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to improve efficiency across the full revenue lifecycle. This is a high-impact position where your insights directly shape revenue outcomes and go-to-market effectiveness.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will act as a core driver of go-to-market execution and operational rigor across the AMS sales organization. You will own planning processes, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment to ensure the business runs efficiently and scales effectively.

  • Lead annual and long-range GTM planning, including forecasting models, ROI analysis, headcount planning, quota setting, and territory design across the AMS region.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define and implement segmentation, coverage models, and organizational structure across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and related functions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor funnel health, pipeline performance, sales efficiency, and productivity metrics.
  • Drive operating cadence, ensuring consistent business reviews, performance inspections, and leadership reporting across all levels of the organization.
  • Support forecasting, CRM data integrity, pipeline analytics, and ad hoc reporting to improve decision-making accuracy.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to deal management processes, including approvals, pricing workflows, and booking efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve operational blockers and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Support executive leadership by preparing materials for QBRs and managing escalations or high-priority business requests.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, operational discipline, and deep experience in revenue or sales operations within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and translating complex data into clear business recommendations.

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Strategy roles.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM and revenue tools such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting sales planning processes including forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel GTM metrics and revenue lifecycle operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support executive-level reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in fast-moving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary range of $130,000–$160,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer support
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance, plus life and AD&D coverage
  • Remote-first flexibility within the United States (and Canada eligibility where applicable)
  • Opportunities to work closely with senior leadership in a high-growth, global organization
  • Exposure to strategic GTM initiatives, planning frameworks, and enterprise-scale revenue operations.
