  • Stay informed on industry trends, public sector regulations, and technology innovations to strengthen advisory capabilities.
  • Resolve client escalations effectively while maintaining strong long-term relationships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in communications, IT, or data technology solutions.
  • Proven success selling complex solutions, including cloud, networking, security, and managed services.
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior public sector stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of territory development and new logo acquisition.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycles in a consultative, solution-oriented environment.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with executive presence.
  • Technical aptitude with proficiency in CRM, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, with recognition as a top performer preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience working with or selling to public sector clients strongly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ($95,000–$125,000) plus performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions
