About the Role:

The Regional Technical Services Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical operations of HVAC systems across multiple retail locations within the assigned region. This position is responsible for ensuring that all HVAC systems are functioning efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. The manager will lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC management or technical services.
  • Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the retail trade industry.
  • Project management certification.
  • Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across retail locations in the region.
