This is a senior client-facing consulting role focused on delivering high-impact Workday integration solutions across a global customer base. You will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Workday post-production environments, with a strong emphasis on integrations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, ATS, and third-party systems. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong client engagement, requiring you to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient integration solutions. You will lead and contribute to multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. Operating in a fast-paced consulting environment, you will also mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing. This is a hands-on leadership role where ownership, problem-solving, and customer success are central to impact.

Lead the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Workday integration solutions across a global client base, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

• Conduct client and vendor working sessions to gather, analyze, and validate integration and system requirements.
• Design and deliver Workday integrations across multiple functional areas including HCM, Payroll, Financials, ATS, and third-party systems.
• Manage scope, timelines, quality, and delivery of integration work across medium to high complexity projects.
• Provide expert recommendations, process improvements, and system optimization strategies to clients.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions effectively.
• Lead or contribute to multiple concurrent projects across different clients in both individual and leadership capacities.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants while reviewing deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, best practices, and reusable assets.
• Communicate Workday best practices and lessons learned to clients to maximize platform value.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering reliable, scalable, and efficient integration solutions.

This role requires strong Workday integration expertise, consulting experience, and the ability to manage complex technical implementations in client-facing environments.

• 4+ years of experience in Workday implementations, post-production support, or Workday AMS services.
• Deep expertise in Workday Integrations across multiple domains (HCM, Payroll, Financials, ATS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies and related tools.
• Proven ability to lead full project lifecycle delivery, including scoping, design, testing, and deployment.
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in remote collaboration settings.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a structured and analytical approach.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability mindset.
• Comfortable adapting to changing requirements and dynamic project environments.
• Willingness to occasionally travel (<5% annually).
