RESPONSIBLITIES
• Perform sweeping, garbage collection, and disposal, clean main doors and windows, vacuum entryways, wipe down walls, mop floors, and disinfect water fountains.
• Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms by sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning toilets inside and out, replenishing toilet paper, maintaining sanitary containers, cleaning floor edges and areas around toilets, sanitizing sinks, and restocking hand soap.
• Adhere to protocols for the safe usage of chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to floors and fixtures.
• Report significant repairs and enhancements required for building systems promptly to maintenance personnel.
• Request necessary supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Inform the manager about any issues, repairs, or concerns arising in the facilities.
