Accountabilities:

As a People Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for developing advanced analytical solutions that support strategic workforce decisions. You will act as a trusted partner for leadership and People teams, translating complex data into actionable insights while improving the quality and reliability of analytics products.

  • Own complex and ambiguous analytical challenges, from defining organizational hypotheses to validating methodologies and delivering data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to address workforce challenges such as retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build and improve data products that serve as reliable sources of truth for business and People-related decisions.
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques, experimentation methods, and data modeling approaches to generate impactful insights.
  • Translate technical findings into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders, including leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and People teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Mentor less experienced analysts, sharing knowledge and raising the technical capabilities of the team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, methodologies, and analytical practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in People Analytics, Data Science, or a related analytical field, with the ability to combine technical expertise, business understanding, and strong communication skills.

  • Proven experience working with People Analytics, Data Science, or analytics projects focused on organizational or workforce challenges.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling, predictive analysis, and data-driven solutions.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Solid knowledge of statistics, experimental design, hypothesis validation, and model evaluation.
  • Experience translating complex technical analyses into business narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience mentoring analysts or providing technical guidance to team members.
  • Advanced English proficiency and fluency in Portuguese, with comfort collaborating in international environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, ensuring insights are reliable and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of analytical initiatives.
