The Roofing Service Branch Manager provides leadership and direction for a commercial roofing service branch. This role is responsible for the branch's profitability, customer satisfaction, operational performance, and team leadership. The successful candidate will manage service technicians, develop new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and ensure quality delivery of roofing service solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all service branch operations.
  • Establish branch goals, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • Supervise and develop service personnel and administrative staff.
  • Conduct performance management, staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning activities.
  • Maintain branch profitability and monitor financial performance.
  • Build and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify business opportunities and secure new projects.
  • Generate estimates, proposals, and service solutions for customers.
  • Monitor quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all service operations.
  • Attend industry networking and business development events.
  • Assist in diagnosing complex roofing issues and leak investigations when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.
  • Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required 


    Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Technical Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and extensive roofing/construction industry experience will be considered.
  • Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial roofing and/or construction leadership experience.
  • Proven success managing a roofing service division or branch operation.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving operational and financial goals
  • Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug test
  • Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
  • Ability to lift 100 LBS or more
  • Successful Background Check
  • Strong commercial roofing systems knowledge.
  • Proven business development and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong financial and operational management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to company-wide objectives.
