- Plan and execute the marketing calendar focused on strategic partner channels.
- Create and manage campaigns, incentives, and initiatives designed to encourage partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with partners through strategic meetings, joint planning, and collaborative marketing actions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies involving social media, customer cases, online and offline events, and co-marketing initiatives.
- Manage the area’s budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong return on investment.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on funnel metrics and business results.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as design, audiovisual production, and copywriting to deliver effective marketing materials.
- Support partner development through training initiatives and continuous improvement plans.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, improving processes, and increasing partner engagement.
- Solid experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B marketing, partner ecosystems, or channels.
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze scenarios, identify opportunities, and propose improvements.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage external stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as RD Station and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong organization skills, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience with Channel Marketing or Partner Marketing is considered a plus.
- Experience working in SaaS, software, technology, or B2B companies is a differentiator.
- Knowledge of growth strategies, sales funnels, and demand generation practices is desirable.
- Familiarity with industry and distribution markets is a plus.
