Job Description
SUMMARY: To perform a variety of duties including receiving stock, organizing and maintaining storerooms, inventory, ordering, ensuring state readiness in cleanliness and safe working environment, catering set up and take down, and other duties as assigned.
BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards and policies.
Required to work with the Director of Food and Nutritional Services, regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Food and Nutritional Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of related work experience in food service, or inventory control.
Other: High attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively, organize, and multi-task time. Demonstrated ability to utilize computerized food service management systems in the provision of food production services, as well as various PC software applications including Excel is required.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Production staff: 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts. Must be available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends and increased work schedules. May be required to work during inclement weather, emergency (Code Yellow), and holidays.
