As Vice President of Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic people leader and trusted advisor to the President of a growing, multinational technology business. You will shape and execute a people strategy that supports growth, innovation, organizational effectiveness, and long-term business performance. Leading a global HR team of 10+ professionals, you will influence talent priorities across multiple geographies and partner closely with senior executives. The role combines strategic consulting, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and people analytics. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to translate business priorities into scalable programs and solutions. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced HR executive who can connect people strategy with measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute a practical, business-focused talent strategy aligned with organizational growth and priorities.
- Contribute strategic insight, leadership, and collaboration as a member of the broader HR Leadership Team, helping shape the direction of the HR function.
- Lead, coach, develop, and retain a global team of 10+ HR professionals while fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Use people analytics and workforce data to provide executive leaders with actionable insights that support informed talent and business decisions.
- Monitor business dynamics, workforce trends, and external market developments to continuously evolve the people strategy and anticipate future organizational needs.
- Drive organizational effectiveness by designing structures, roles, processes, and workflows that enable strategic execution and scalable growth.
- Lead people-related strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations, supporting cultural alignment, organizational continuity, and successful transitions.
- Advise executive leaders across the full talent lifecycle, including workforce planning, hiring, leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, performance management, and rewards.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional HR teams to develop and implement scalable frameworks, processes, and toolkits that improve business performance.
- Champion organizational values by embedding them into people strategies, leadership behaviors, talent practices, and company culture.
- Connect HR initiatives to financial and operational outcomes, ensuring people investments deliver measurable business value.
- Build strong relationships across domestic and international locations and travel as needed to support business and HR priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; an MBA, Master’s in Human Resources, or related advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources, business strategy, organizational development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success building, leading, developing, and retaining high-performing HR teams, preferably in complex or multinational environments.
- Proven experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives and C-level leaders, with a strong record of influencing strategic decisions.
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable HR and talent solutions that directly support growth, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong analytical and people-analytics capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex information and turn it into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Experience designing and executing global talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Strong understanding of Total Rewards strategy and its application to talent attraction, engagement, performance, and retention.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with executive audiences.
- Inspirational and collaborative leadership style, combined with strong judgment and a practical, business-oriented approach.

- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to connect people initiatives to organizational performance and measurable outcomes.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30%, including domestic and international travel as business needs require.
