Solution Architect, Salesforce - Service Cloud Voice, Contact Center

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solution Architect, Salesforce - Service Cloud Voice, Contact Center based in United States.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will shape enterprise-grade solutions that connect customer experience, business processes, and modern cloud technology.
You will lead complex architecture discussions involving Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect.
The role combines strategic solution design with hands-on technical leadership across pre-sales and delivery engagements.
You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectures, integrations, and implementation standards.
Working closely with clients, sales teams, project leaders, and technical specialists, you will influence solutions from initial concept through execution.
You will also help establish architecture standards, strengthen engineering practices, and mentor technical teams.

Accountabilities
  • Lead solution architecture activities for Salesforce implementations, with a particular focus on Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect capabilities.
  • Identify how client systems and architectures fit together and provide strategic and technical guidance on scalable solution approaches.
  • Partner with pre-sales and engagement teams to lead solution design discussions, validate feasibility, develop technical proposals, and shape compelling client solutions.
  • Translate business objectives and technical requirements into detailed, enterprise-grade Salesforce architectures and implementation plans.
  • Analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, evaluate alternative approaches, and recommend technology solutions that maximize the value of Salesforce.
  • Design and document application, information, integration, and data architectures that support complex client environments.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce products and surrounding client systems while applying sound security, scalability, performance, and availability principles.
  • Establish and maintain architecture standards, development practices, reusable libraries, technical documentation, and related guidance.
  • Define standards for programming tools and techniques and advise technical teams on their effective application and compliance.
  • Support project managers throughout the software development lifecycle and provide architectural guidance as solutions progress from design through delivery.
  • Assign and coordinate technical work across consultants and development teams, monitoring progress and providing coaching, guidance, and technical support.
  • Review development and configuration work to ensure solutions meet architectural, quality, security, and performance expectations.
  • Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and adapt recommendations to different business contexts.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including at least 2 years working in Salesforce architecture and enterprise-level solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Contact Center, Service Cloud Voice, and Amazon Connect is required.
  • Mandatory Salesforce certifications, including relevant Developer, Consultant, and Architect certifications.
  • Extensive experience in pre-sales solutioning and engagement architecture, with the ability to lead strategic technical conversations and translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
  • Strong knowledge across multiple Salesforce Cloud products, including experience with platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce consultant, developer, or technical architect within complex implementation environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integration and security architecture, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate architecture documentation effectively to development teams.
  • Experience establishing engineering excellence across quality, security, performance, scalability, and availability.
  • Solid technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working within Agile development and project environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the judgment to assess feasibility, identify risks, and recommend effective architectural approaches.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to guide technical teams, influence stakeholders, and build alignment across business and technology functions.
  • Candidates must reside in one of the approved U.S. states or Washington, DC.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and able to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
