Job Description

Founded in 1978 by Lucy and Henry Billingsley, the organization expertly builds, owns, and manages its properties, ensuring long-term client, resident, and partner return. Specializing in master-planned developments and principles of new urbanism, each Billingsley property signifies technology, convenience, and a vast array of amenities aimed to attract and retain tenants, residents, visitors, and employees. These amenities include art, sculpture, parks, trails, and outdoor public spaces. With over 5,000 acres in DFW, Billingsley has built 5 million SF of Commercial space, 550,000 SF of Retail, 9 million SF of Industrial, and over 10,000 units of Multi-Family.


Billingsley Company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our commercial, multifamily, and master-planned properties. This role partners closely with the Marketing team on the day-to-day work that keeps campaigns, events, and communications moving, including project and vendor management, email marketing, reporting, print production, content, and marketing communications.

ResponsibilitiesProject & Vendor Management
  • Support Commercial, Multifamily, and master-planned properties with marketing projects, campaigns, communications, and day-to-day needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and projects, including estimates, timelines, deliverables, orders, invoices, and follow-up.
  • Manage the Marketing Ticket System and Monday.com boards: organize workflows, assign projects, track deadlines, maintain statuses, and keep projects moving to completion.
  • Organize and maintain photography, creative assets, marketing materials, status reports, and project timelines.
Marketing Communications & Content
  • Support email marketing and communications, including gathering content, proofreading, scheduling, and campaign coordination.
  • Support content and creative needs, including photography, basic photo editing, short-form content, and light graphic design.
Events & Property Marketing
  • Partner with Multifamily Operations on property and resident events, including marketing communications, event promotion, and supporting materials.
Print Production & Materials
  • Coordinate print production, signage, promotional items, and marketing inventory, including MF Operations print store materials and links.
Reporting & Administration
  • Assist with monthly and weekly marketing reporting and analytics, gathering data and helping identify trends and opportunities.
  • Compile monthly invoices and supporting documentation for credit card reporting and submission using Excel.
New Development Coordination
  • Partner cross-functionally with Construction, Development, Multifamily, Commercial, and Marketing teams on new developments, supporting marketing needs from initial development through project completion.
  • Coordinate and track signage, marketing deliverables, and project milestones for new builds, maintaining project trackers and proactively following up with internal teams and vendors to keep marketing items on schedule from construction through opening.
Innovation & Technology
  • Stay current on AI tools, emerging marketing technology, and industry trends, identifying ways to improve creativity, workflows, reporting, and team efficiency.
  • Proactively bring forward new ideas, recommendations, and solutions to support marketing and business goals.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • General knowledge of marketing, advertising, email, social media, and content creation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with vendor coordination or project management preferred.
  • Experience or interest in photography, content creation, and basic graphic design; Adobe Creative Suite or Canva experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with marketing reporting and analytics.
  • Interest in AI and emerging technology, with an eagerness to learn and incorporate new tools into everyday work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and adapt as priorities change.
  • Solutions-oriented, idea-driven, and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and bring new ideas to the team.
  • Collaborative team player who is eager to learn, grow, and develop across multiple areas of the business.
