Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Specialist based in Switzerland.
As a Senior Demand Generation Specialist, you will help drive demand generation across a high-value regional market, supporting Field, SMB, and Enterprise growth objectives.
You will lead regional demand-generation events while connecting them to sales enablement, content, social engagement, and pipeline generation.
The role combines hands-on execution with strategic campaign thinking, ensuring marketing activity translates into measurable commercial outcomes.
You will work closely with Sales, BDRs, central Events, and broader marketing teams to coordinate impactful programs.
Your work will span customer events, executive engagements, sponsored programs, newsletters, campaigns, and organic social activity.
This is an opportunity to shape how regional marketing programs engage audiences and support revenue growth in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, commercially minded, hands-on, and energized by turning marketing activity into qualified pipeline.
- Plan and deliver regional demand-generation events end-to-end, including timelines, logistics, stakeholder coordination, communications, and on-the-day execution.
- Manage a diverse events portfolio including user groups, executive roundtables and dinners, customer lunch-and-learns, association partnerships, and sponsored programs.
- Partner with the central Events team on flagship trade shows and large-scale programs, providing regional insight, coordination, and on-site support.
- Track attendance, engagement, pipeline targets, and outcomes for each demand-generation initiative, using results to improve future planning and investment.
- Develop and distribute customer and sales newsletters, updates, and communications that keep Field, SMB, and Enterprise teams informed and equipped.
- Execute BDR-aligned campaigns by translating campaign strategies into structured outreach plans, sales briefings, schedules, and follow-up activities.
- Create and repurpose content generated through events, including recaps, highlights, short-form clips, and written follow-ups to extend campaign reach.
- Manage regional organic social activity and support audience-building and nurture initiatives throughout the marketing funnel.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and other commercial stakeholders to align marketing activities with regional priorities and revenue objectives.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns, events, and content initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience supporting and delivering B2B events, including in-person and hybrid formats, with responsibility for logistics and on-the-day execution.
- Previous experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, field marketing, or a related role, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, or another complex B2B environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident copywriting and content creation skills, particularly for newsletters, sales communications, event content, and social media.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and sales technologies, such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, social scheduling tools, and related campaign technologies.
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools, systems, and processes.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to plan and evaluate marketing activity based on pipeline and business outcomes rather than activity alone.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and partnering closely with sales, BDRs, events, and marketing stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment technology, staffing technology, or a comparable B2B market is an advantage.
- Group critical illness insurance.
- Group income protection.
- Group life assurance.
- Pension benefits.
- Vision benefits.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Access to employee discounts and wellbeing resources.
- Optional private medical coverage from day one.
- Optional Ride to Work scheme.
- Unlimited vacation.
- Quarterly paid volunteer days.
- Employee referral program, with eligibility available before your first day.
- Career development opportunities, including opportunities to grow within and across the organization.
- People-first culture that values ownership, continuous improvement, collaboration, and fresh perspectives.
- Fast-paced and agile working environment with opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility and grow professionally.
