Operational & Technical Knowledge: Strong workflow coordination, technician management, and data management capability. Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and field technician dispatch preferred; warranty administration experience preferred.

Customer Service: Strong customer service focus with the ability to maintain clear, proactive communication with customers throughout the repair and service process.

Communication & Teamwork: Communicates clearly across functions and levels; builds team spirit, resolves conflict constructively, and contributes in group problem-solving settings.

Organization: Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving ability and a consistent commitment to safety and operational discipline.

Credentials: Valid driver’s license required; must be insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance policy and maintain a clean DMV record, verified periodically.

Work Environment and physical conditions

Work is performed primarily at the branch, with regular time spent on the shop floor and periodic visits to customer locations, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, cold storage, and outdoor environments. Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and noise from shop equipment. Noise level is usually moderate.

Frequent walking and standing across the shop floor and service bays; occasional lifting and carrying of up to 35 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.

Ability to travel locally to customer sites, rental locations, and branch facilities as needed.

Must wear required PPE when on the shop floor or at customer sites, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and high-visibility clothing as applicable.
