Concept Rehab, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Bellaire, Michigan.

This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys flexibility, clinical independence, and working as part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

We are a therapist-owned and operated company with more than 45 years of experience providing quality rehabilitation services. Our therapists are supported by experienced clinical leadership while maintaining the flexibility to provide individualized patient care.

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
• Provide skilled speech therapy services and monitor patient progress
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and other members of the healthcare team
• Participate as part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Help patients maximize their independence and quality of life

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Michigan SLP license
• ASHA certification/eligibility preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience preferred
