This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Revenue Analyst based in United States.
This role supports a major back-office transformation focused on modernizing revenue accounting systems and processes.
You will work closely with Revenue Accounting, Controllership, project teams, developers, system integrators, and other key stakeholders.
The position combines accounting expertise with project collaboration, user acceptance testing, process design, and operational implementation.
You will help ensure proposed business and system changes comply with U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements.
The role provides an opportunity to influence how new business models, system flows, and controls are implemented across the organization.
You will contribute to testing, issue resolution, documentation, training, and the transition to improved operating processes.

- Participate in project meetings to discuss, assess, and document requirements related to U.S. GAAP, with a particular focus on revenue recognition.
- Partner with management to evaluate the operational capabilities and feasibility of proposed business and system changes.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), track identified issues, and support their resolution through implementation.
- Implement and document accounting processes and procedures, including requirements related to SOX compliance and internal controls.
- Evaluate the accounting implications of proposed operational changes and confirm that they can be supported under ASC 606.
- Provide accounting guidance and subject-matter expertise to project teams and developers.
- Support broader team training initiatives and help facilitate the transition to new business models and system workflows.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the transformation and implementation process.
- Work according to schedules aligned with the Pacific Time (PST) time zone.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Have working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly revenue recognition principles.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a changing environment.
- Possess effective communication skills and the ability to understand, analyze, and present financial or operational data.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of cross-functional teams spanning multiple organizational functions.
- Demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical, and data-mining capabilities.
- Bring an enthusiastic and creative approach, with the ability to influence, inspire, and encourage colleagues and stakeholders.
- CPA certification or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Experience with RAR, SAP, Business Objects, or other relevant financial and enterprise systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
- Experience in the software or SaaS industry is a plus.
- Full-time employment with remote opportunities available in eligible U.S. locations, including Oregon and Washington.
- Starting U.S. base salary ranges from $76,000 to $135,520, depending on experience and geographic location, with offers potentially exceeding this range.
