About the role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to play an important role in the smooth and professional operation of our Perth office. Working closely with Partners, Directors and the broader team, you’ll provide high-quality administration, office coordination, front-of-house and facilities support, while helping create an organised, welcoming and high-performing workplace.
What you'll do
- Office and facilities coordination: Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Perth office, ensuring shared spaces, supplies, maintenance and office presentation are well managed.
- Administrative support: Provide responsive administrative assistance to Partners, Directors and staff, including document preparation, correspondence, filing, mail, expenses, registers and inbox management.
- Insolvency administration support: Assist insolvency teams with matter setup, system updates, searches, conflict check processes, creditor meeting coordination and regulatory portal uploads.
- Front-of-house and stakeholder interaction: Act as a professional first point of contact for clients, visitors and callers, while ensuring meeting rooms and client-facing areas are prepared to a high standard.
- Team support, collaboration and compliance: Work collaboratively across teams and offices, support internal activities and onboarding tasks, and ensure administrative processes align with internal standards and confidentiality requirements.
Our ideal candidate
- Relevant professional services experience: Experience in reception, administration, corporate services or office support within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder support skills: Confident supporting senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and providing responsive day-to-day assistance.
- Highly organised and detail-focused: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proactive and collaborative approach: Someone who takes initiative, anticipates team needs and is willing to assist across administration, reception, facilities and office duties.
- Professional communication and systems capability: A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, sound discretion and proficiency across Microsoft Office.
